Central Research Lab

Description: A research lab provides the steady flow of new ideas and research needed to keep the technology sector going. Effect: A central research lab provides a boost in the efficiency of all technological commodities, increasing it by 8%. (The effect will not be seen until the next reset.)

Duration:
Only one research lab can be built, and a minimum of four basic schools are required to sustain its intake of students. The research lab can be built at technological, biological and leisure levels.

Command:
'BUILD RESEARCH'. You can remove the build with 'DEMOLISH RESEARCH'.
