Description:

Effect:
A technical institute provides a boost in the efficiency of all industrial commodities, increasing it by 8%.
Duration:
Only one technical institute can be built, and a minimum of four basic schools are required to sustain its intake of students. The institute can be built at industrial or technological levels, and ceases to have any effect at biological level, when it will vanish from the planet's builds.
Command:
'BUILD TECH'. You can remove the build with 'DEMOLISH TECH'.
