Enhanced Terraforming

Description: Enhanced terraforming improves on the basic terraforming that allows the planet to be settled, allowing it to support a higher population. Effect: Each terraforming build increases the population by 1%, up to a maximum of 20%.

Duration:
Enhanced terraforming can be built at biological levels and higher.

Command:
'BUILD TERRAFORM'. You can remove the build with 'DEMOLISH TERRAFORM'.
