Description:
The combination of tangled quark transmission and hyperspace jumps finally makes near-instantaneous communications possible across the Galaxy.
Effect:
Each t-quark communicator built increases the efficiency of leisure industries by 1%, up to a maximum of 10%, and adds 1% to the population, up to a maximum of 5%.
Duration:
T-quark communicators can only be built at leisure level.
Command:
'BUILD TQUARK'. You can remove this build with 'DEMOLISH TQUARK'.
