INFORMATION ABOUT IBGAMESABOUT FI CRAIGFi Craig's role in Interactive Broadcasting is all aspects of game management - running the games on a day-to-day basis once they have been released to the public. This includes customer service and administration, managing game assistants (paid staff and a large team of volunteers), and arranging special promotional events. Fi writes all the documentation for Interactive Broadcasting products - Federation II's game manual, which she co-wrote and designed, is widely acclaimed to have set new standards for multiplayer game documentation. She also designed the ibgames web site, and maintains it; produces a weekly newsletter for Federation II; and works on graphics and sound for games in development. Fi has a background in graphic design, theatre administration and personnel management. She has worked for a major UK legal publishing compay, was office manager for a London-based theatre company and was in charge of setting up the graduate recruitment systems for Price Waterhouse Management Consultants in the UK.
