NO WINDING DOWN

There's no Winding Down this week because:
1. We've had an electrician working on the house, which is very disruptive
2. I've got a bad attack of hay fever, and the medication to fight it has been making me tired all the time
3. I've got a few last minute tweaks to do before I put in the new, with fighting, version of Federation on Wednesday...
