NEWSDROIDS GET ANOTHER HOLIDAY: NO STAR NEXT WEEK

Those lazy, lazy newsdroids have such an easy life these days. At least once a month I give them a week off. They don’t know they’re constructed.
Actually, I am being harsh. I must remember that there are just the two of them; I used to have a large team of droids but as you may recall they were destroyed when they visited a new droid spa and got themselves into a pickle. (You can read about their fate in past issues of the Star, starting with this one and then continuing here and here, as recounted by the renowned PI Spam Shovel.)
Now I have the two that used to be Diesel’s waitdroids, and it turns out they are quite capable of producing the Star every week, so long as I give them a break now and again.
So the Fed2 Star won’t publish next weekend. We’ll be back on Sunday July 5.
