MANUALS UPDATED

Just in case people ever bother to read manuals these days, I’ve updated the Idiot’s Guide with the details of the new second planet auto-linking. Finally, and probably of more use to people who never bother to read manuals these days, I’ve updated the in-game help files so that ‘HELP COLONIZE’ (or ‘HELP COLONISE’) tell you how to use the command.
