Oh my poor bleary eyes. An hour of sleep was stolen from me last night, stolen by sinister government forces hellbent on disrupting my body clock for their own nefarious purposes.

Yes, it’s now officially British summertime in the UK. This brings us into line with the US who declared the start of summer two weeks ago. The reset will now go back to its normal time of (approximately) 8.00am eastern.
