NEW BLISH CITY COMMAND

Once a Blish city has launched, it will appear on the cartel display for anyone to see. So POs looking for a cartel to join will be able to see how many cities the Plutocrat has built in order to boost the members' production. It shows the size and economic level of the city, but not which star system it currently resides in (in true Heisenberg fasion, you can tell what the city is but not where it is going).

The Plutocrat has a new command: 'DI CITY cityname' which will show you the details of your city, including its whereabouts and its production slots. Of course, right now, the city cannot be moved anywhere - that's the next bit of code Alan will work on and if all goes well it will go into the game next weekend.

In a change from information published last week, right now when your Blish city launches, your planet won't have the workers taken from the population. Since the city can't go anywhere, the crew would just be sitting about doing nothing! However, when the new code goes in at the weekend, any new cities launched will suck workers from the population.
