Researchers in the UK and Italy have warned that people getting less than six hours sleep a night were 12% more likely to die over a 25-year period than those who get between six and eight hours. So stop trying to make me get out of bed early - you'll kill me! Meanwhile, other scientists have found that working lots of overtime can cause heart attacks.
