DEAR ABBEY

Abbey is the FED Star resident Agony Aunt who will put to use her years of life experiences to address any problem that you may want advice on.

Dear Abbey,

I know I am different to many people on here, unique in fact, but I feel that a lot of people are making fun of me behind my back, how can I stop them?

Spongebob

Dear Spongebob,

We are all unique in our own separate ways, so you are not alone. As for people making fun of you, I am sure it is all in your imagination brought about by your own insecurity. Just remember, that each person is unique, and that being unique makes you special and someone to be treasured. Of course, should you ever encounter people who are making fun of you, never take it to heart, as from time to time we all try and find humor in others ways. In short Spongebob, soak it up!

Abbey

Dear Abbey,

My husband keeps stealing my Staff Communicator, how can I stop him?

Jezz

Dear Jezz,

As your husband is a new member of staff, you could always try pulling seniority of service on him, though I doubt that will have much effect. It is clear to me that you have one of the early staff communicators so I would suggest replacing it with the more up to date version, which is DNA encoded. As I am sure you are aware, anyone using the communicator whose DNA does not match, gets a high voltage discharge emitted the moment they place their lips to the mouthpiece. However, as the end result of this is immediate death by electrocution, you may decide to up the insurance levels on your spouse prior to leaving it in a place where it can be easily found. The easiest and probably most desirable option would be to keep your own communicator in a safe and secret place and make him use his own!

Abbey

Abbey's thought of the week: Plagiarism is stealing one person's work. Stealing many people's is called research!

If you have a problem that you would like Abbey to address, catch her online and send a TB, then read then next issue of the Fed2 Star to see her advice to you. Oh and if you wish to remain anonymous, just say so, the names can always be withheld or changed to protect the guilty!
