PREMIUM PRICE CHECK CHANGE

The premium price check list continues to grow, as more and more planets are linked into Fed DataSpace. This makes it hard to handle, and risks the display getting messed up when it gets too big for the buffer size allocated to the message.
In order to stave off that day for a while, from now on the premium price check list will not include prices from closed planets. Well, why would you need to know how much you could get for your cargo on a planet which you couldn't get to?
