BUG FIXESby HazedBella has fixed some of the problems with planetary infrastructure builds which have been reported over the past few weeks. The schools which were feeders for bio research labs were not being displayed properly on the infrastructure display, which was throwing off the count of total builds. This has been fixed so the display is now accurate. Thanks to Cloudbase for reporting this. On the subject of schools, the infra display no longer lists feeders that are not in use, which cuts the list length down a little and makes it clearer. Various problems with efficiency enhancement builds have been eliminated, including an erroneous cap on efficiency increases for all commodities, and an incorrect maximum efficiency boost for floating cities.
