FEDERGORIES

I believe this week I had the biggest crowd ever for Federgories! Five people came out to play the game, (Queenmommy, Ravanheart, Andrew, Fancy, and Kalandra) and four people watched the action.
Since this week is Father's day, I decided to do Father related themes. The first category was: "What you'd get your father for Father's Day starting with... G." Well, some of them I wasn't sure I'd get them for *my* father! Andrew said: "Gigs full of Gateway." Fancy said: "Ghirardelli." Queenmommy said: "garder belt." Kalandra said: "golftees" and Ravanheart said: "G-string." I decided I'd steal Fancy's (yummy chocolate).
Next category was: "Famous Fathers - basically anything with Father in their name." The answers were: Kalandra, "father christmas," Ravanheart, "Father Time," Fancy, "Father Rivera," Queenmommy, "my dad," and Andrew, "Famous Father Joe Carrol."
Our first Fed round was: "Fed player starting with... N" and they came up with: Andrew, "niedermeyer," Fancy, "naughty Nancy," Kalandra, "nut," Queenmommy, "numer," and Ravanheart, "Nutoid."
Next round was: "Things you Grill starting with B." Then: "Things you'd do with your father on Father's day." And the answers for this were: Kalandra, "catch crawfish," Queenmommy, "have a bbq," Fancy, "play poker," Ravanheart, "Drink," and Andrew, "Get GoodnDrunk." In my opinion Andrew and Fancy's went together!
Next couple rounds were: "Fed planet starting with.. L," "Founding Fathers (anyone who signed the Declaration of Independence)" and "Unusual Father Occupations."
Then we came to the last Fed round, "Companies starting with... I" several people didn't realize it was a Fed round, and only Fancy came up with an actual Fed company.
Then it was Bonus Round time!! After going over the rules I announced the category was: "Things your father would say to you."
After the sixty seconds were up I counted out the answers, and they came up with:
Queenmommy, "get lost, here's 10 bucks, love ya, your not going out dressed like that, whatcha making, it's cold in here, turn it down, pick up that mess, no, ask mom."
Fancy, "Sit down, come here, bend over, Now!, clean your room, be home early, No you may not, get your hand out of there."
Andrew, "Get a job, I love you, Go to bed, Do your homework, take the trash out, mow the lawn, help with the dishes, here's your first car, she's not for you--she's for me."
Kalandra, "be brave, take taxi, smell sunflowers, shoot squirrels, build basement, buy bouquet, cook creatively, eat eggs, smash small bugs."
Ravanheart, "Lazy, Loser, Worthless, Get a job, mow the lawn, wash the dishes, get me a beer, cut your hair, vacuum."
After the bonus round the final scores were:
Queenmommy in fifth with... 14 points!
Andrew was in fourth with... 17 points!
Ravanheart was in third with 19 points!
Fancy was in second with 20 points!
And coming in first with 31 points... Kalandra!!!
