If I've told you once, I've told you a million times... when you send email to feedback@ibgames.com or to me personally, you MUST put Fed2 somewhere in the subject line, or risk it getting lost in a sea of spam. I try my best, with sophisticated filters and spam-spotting software, and my very own human eyeballs, to tell the difference between junk mail and genuine stuff from players, but sometimes I get things wrong and overlook a real letter.
Make sure your oh-so-important email doesn't get zapped by mistake, by putting Fed2 in the subject line.
