NEW VERSION OF WINDOWS MAP EDITOR

There is a new version of the Windows map editor that lets you design your planet. There's just one change in this version, which should prevent some of the problems we've seen recently with files that players have been sending in.

The change puts up a confirmation box when you click the 'Space Map' button, asking you to confirm that you really do want to add the space property to all locations on the map. This should make it less likely that people working on planet maps can accidentally press the button - or at least, if they accidentally do press the button they can change their minds!
