MOGUL PROMOTIONS DUE ON INDEPENDENCE DAY

Being able to get a quick count of the builds you have done will become significant in a few days, because Bella plans to open up the promotion to Mogul to all players on Wednesday July 4 - up to now, it's been restricted to the test team who have been checking to make sure everything works as it should.
After the reset on Tuesday, Engineers will be able to use the 'PROMOTE' command and, if you've done the required builds (70 of them), your planet will become an Industrial world, and you'll become a Mogul, at the next reset. So as a nice Fourth of July present, we'll be seeing a batch of new Moguls on Independence Day.
