EXCHANGE EVENTS SLOWED DOWN

by Hazed

As more and more planets are linked into the interstellar link network and opening themselves up as trading worlds, the number of exchanges suffering from events has increased - to such as extent that as the reset approached, the 'DI EVENTS' list became too long for the game to cope with. Suggestions that some of these excess planets should be nuked in order to shorten the list again have been ignored; instead Bella has come up with an alternative solution.

She has reduced the frequency of these exchange events so that each individual planet will experience fewer each day than before. This means that, for now at least, there won't be so many entries on the list each day, so it won't get truncated as the reset approaches.

Of course, new planets will continue to be added to the starry firmament, so the list will get longer again... but Bella has also changed the way the data is sent from the game, so even when it gets back up to its former length, it should be displayed properly.
