SEEING THE DISAFFECTED

Medium to high-ranking players can now see just how upset the population of a planet is, because the disaffection level shows up on the planet display for Merchants and above when they display a planet's details.

Ok, right now this isn't terribly important because disaffection isn't turned on yet, but once it is CEOs in particular are going to find this information vital. Nobody is going to want to build a factory or depot on a planet where there's a risk the population will riot and tear it down, and even Merchants are going to be wary about storing goods in a warehouse on a planet prone to unrest.

Other POs will have no practical need for this information, but will be able to snigger at the bad management of their peers!
