FED WORD SCRAMBLE

Thursday April 13
by Catspaws

Cats are not, by nature, foolish creatures. This cat, however, had lots of fun with April Foolishness, and actually got to close the two-week event by hosting Word Scramble. Five people came out hoping to beat the mouse at its own game. The mouse, wisely, didn't show up until the end of the game!

We started with esshoaurWe, which Fancy was quick to unscramble as warehouses. And we were off at a rapid pace, with Fancy getting so many of the words that Priscilla mentioned the approach of a BIG dog. (I think she was hearing things, and it didn't work.) She did manage to get Toys for Boys before Fancy figured it out, which makes me wonder where she spends her time.

The game finished with my favorite, sori oteR MDce aC,llu. After a clue, "Feline superiority, rodent inferiority", Fancy was able to translate it into "Cats Rule, Mice Drool." When the scores were tallied, Priscilla and Soulquestr tied for third, Gradon achieved second, and Fancy won... again...

My experience with Word Scramble went much too fast, and with reluctance I must return the mousie's games. Thanks to everyone who played along, and next time, maybe it'll be THIS feline who wins!
