REPORTING A PROBLEM

If you can't find help for a problem, then send email to feedback@ibgames.com and ask for help. You will need to give us the following information:

Your Fed2 character name
Operating system - Windows 98/2000/NT/ME/XP, Mac OSX/Other, Linux, Other
Monitor resolution - 600x800, 1024x768, etc
Internet connection type - dialup, broadband cable, broadband DSL
Router type - wired, wireless
Router brand
Front-end you are using - FedTerm, Fed2Term, ZMud, other (please give the name)

You should describe in detail what your problem is. What is happening? How often does it happen? Do you get any error messages, and if so, what are they?

If you have a capture of what happens please include it in your email, either by cutting and pasting into the body of the email, or by attaching the log file.
