Riot Police

Description: Riot police are a separate organization whose primary task is to protect the state against the citizens, dealing with civil unrest. They also provide security for property owners in situations of industrial unrest. They are brutal and effective. Effect: Each riot police unit reduces disaffection by 2%, up to a maximum of 20%, but also reduces efficiency by 1% as the populace resort to more passive means of opposition.

Duration:
Riot Police units can be built at resource level and higher.

Command:
'BUILD RIOTPOLICE'. . You can remove the build with 'DEMOLISH RIOTPOLICE'.
