Agricultural College
Description:
Provides the agricultural specialists needed to improve the productivity of the agricultural sector.
Effect:
An agricultural college provides a boost in the efficiency of all agricultural commodities, increasing it by 8%. (The effect will not be seen until the next reset.)
Duration:
Only one agricultural college can be built, and a minimum of four basic schools are required to sustain its intake of students. The college can be built at agricultural or resource levels, and ceases to have any effect at technological level, when it will vanish from the planet's builds.
Command:
'BUILD AGRICOLLEGE'. You can remove the build with 'DEMOLISH AGRICOLLEGE'.
