Usage: IPO price companyname Parameters: 'price' is the initial share price for the company 'companyname' is the name you want to give your company.
Example: ipo 1000 Newbod Enterprises
Restrictions: You must be a Trader with a trader rating of at least 500. You must be in the brokers office on Earth.
