Clears the specified factory's storeroom, sending the accumulated goods on to their destination.
Usage: FLUSH FACTORY factory# Parameters: 'factory#' is the number of the factory that you want to flush.
Example: flush factory 3
Restrictions: Industrialists and Manufacturers only.
