Changes the name of the location you are standing in.
Usage: CHANGE NAME new_name Parameters: 'new_name' is what you want the name of the location to change to.
Example: change name Big Bertha's Bar
Restrictions: You must be the owner of the planet. The change only lasts until the next reset.
