Accepts a job offered by Armstrong Cuthbert.
Usage: ACCEPT job# Parameters: 'job#' is the number of the job.
Example: ACCEPT 5
Restrictions: Commanders and Captains only. You cannot accept a job if you don't have a ship.
ACCEPT can be abbreviated to AC.
